RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with any original tags or accompanying materials, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Please retain the artwork and all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as photographs or additional information may be required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the return eligibility of a particular item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have received. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you may also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

This statutory right exists independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at nnaw.automotive@gmail.com within the applicable withdrawal period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the artwork beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.

Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This exception will only be applied where the relevant artwork meets the legal requirements for such an exclusion.

If a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, we will refund all payments required by applicable law, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable, using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by N.NAW Automotive Art, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
